Conference Fees

To attend the conference, you must first register by submitting the registration form and then pay the appropriate conference fee (along with any optionally selected additional charges) by the specified deadline. If you intend to actively participate in the conference, you need to submit the abstract of your presentation before registering, using the form available here.

The conference fee varies based on the registrant’s status and the date of payment, as outlined in the following table.

The conference fee Includes:

• Participation in the conference,
• Conference materials,
• Dinners for both days,
• Coffee breaks for both days,
• The gala dinner.

Important notes:

• The conference fee does not cover accommodation costs. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own lodging expenses.
• All additional charges and fees associated with the bank transfer have to be covered by the payer.
• A VAT invoice will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form within 14 business days of payment confirmation.
